- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Onsite Position!
- Pay rate is $32/hr!
- Temp to Hire Role! 3 Month contract to before converting over to FTE! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance & budget at that time.

- Position is primarily responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, planning maintenance activities, and optimizing maintenance operations.
- Position will also be responsible for administering and organizing the CMMS, creating maintenance schedules, work orders, job plans, and ensuring accurate maintenance documentation.
- Position will be in charge of managing maintenance spare parts inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, storeroom organization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- 2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, inventory management, or a related role is required!
- Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and administering CMMS platforms is required!
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and Microsoft Excel is required!
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments is preferred!
- Experience with spare parts inventory, procurement, vendor management, or Lean, TPM, Predictive Maintenance, or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies is preferred!
