Part- Time Facilities Support Specialist

Location: Cleveland, OH 44122

Salary Range: $22- $24/hr

Onsite- 20 hours/ week (10:00am - 2:30pm)

6 month assignment with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.

The Facility / Corporate Office Support Specialist serves as the on-site primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a polished, safe, and highly functional workplace environment. This role supports facility operations, administrative services, guest experience, event execution, vendor coordination, and basic IT troubleshooting, maintaining day-to-day continuity and elevating the overall office experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of experience in Operations, Administrative, or Facilities Support Roles
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events, facility maintenance, and initial IT escalation support
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Working knowledge of tools used in job role along with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Facilities Operations & Support
    • Serve as the on-site point of contact for facility support requests, issue investigation, and resolution.
    • Maintain conference rooms, cube spaces, and common areas to ensure a professional and functional work environment.
    • Oversee facility inventory, including office supplies, coffee stations, and other shared resources.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and timely sup-port.
    • Support site tours, health/safety/environment (HSE) initiatives, and special facility projects as needed.
  • Meeting & Events
    • Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including catering requests, room reservations, setup, and teardown.
    • Provide logistical and administrative support for onsite committees and employee engagement teams.
  • Communications & Administration
    • Create and distribute facility communications and signage, including digital postings, email announcements, and internal updates.
    • Support visitor management processes, including badge issuance, Wi-Fi access, and FacilityOS administration.
    • Provide backup coverage and assistance at the front desk as needed.
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, deliveries, and copy machine operations.
  • Technology & Collaboration
    • Serve as an IT advocate by partnering with the IS team to troubleshoot or escalate user issues and support technology needs in meeting spaces.
    • Collaborate across departments to support projects and initiatives that enhance the site experience and operational efficiency.
