About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at BestLaminate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, chat, and in person. From answering product questions to guiding customers through purchases, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience.
This is a cross functional role that combines customer service and sales. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a direct impact on our customers and our business success.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and in person
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product features, pricing, and availability
- Create estimates, process orders, and track shipments
- Handle returns, exchanges, warranties, and complaint inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
- Meet individual and team sales and service goals, generating leads when possible
- Follow company communication standards while working independently
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service, call center, or collections experience required.
- Experience with Contivio or NetSuite is a strong plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office required
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and chat conversations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
