Senior Financial Analyst - Global Diagnostics & Informatics Leader
📍 Princeton, NJ — 100% Onsite
A global leader in advanced diagnostic and informatics solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Division FP&A HQ team. This position plays a key role in supporting financial planning & analysis activities across the business, helping drive insights, efficiency, and intelligent decision-making that directly impacts patient-care innovation worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage financial reports for Plans, LBE, LRP, P&L, and balance sheet metrics
- Prepare analytical deliverables for business reviews and strategic decisions
- Support planning processes, maintaining calendars, schedules, and cross-functional deliverables
- Develop tools/templates for consolidation, reporting, and FP&A efficiency
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including sales & expense variances, CCC, IBP metrics and performance reporting
- Partner with Global Marketing to build budgets and forecasting models
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, revenue tie-outs & expense analysis
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reporting and projections
- Maintain finance scorecards and drive analytics for management
- Conduct financial modeling, data mining, and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong Excel proficiency & financial modeling capability
- Experience preparing FP&A reporting packages and presenting financial data to leadership
- Understanding of GAAP and planning/reporting fundamentals
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing finance experience
- Fortune 500 exposure
- Background supporting S&OP and integrated business planning (IBP)
- Experience partnering with Global Marketing teams
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, process-minded approach
