Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse migration efforts, including inventory transitions between locations
- Perform store maintenance and updates across eCommerce platforms
- Set up and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels and product data
- Assist with product restocks and inventory adjustments
- Collaborate with store management teams and cross-functional partners
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates related to store operations and inventory
- Execute weekly tasks and project milestones to support business continuity
- Ensure accuracy across systems through consistent data review and validation
- 1 year of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, logistics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (strongly preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, extracting and organizing information)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in music, retail, or direct-to-consumer eCommerce environments
- Familiarity with project management tools such as **Monday.com or Asana
- Exposure to inventory management or warehouse operations
- Experience supporting store launches or migrations
Salary : $22 - $25
