Our client is seeking an experienced HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to join their Digital Marketing organization supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing initiatives. This individual will serve as the operational lead for CRM email marketing campaigns, partnering with internal marketing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong agency background managing CRM or email marketing campaigns who enjoys balancing project management, client communication, campaign operations, and performance reporting.

This individual will serve as the operational lead for CRM email marketing campaigns, partnering with internal marketing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for performance.

What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple HCP CRM email marketing campaigns simultaneously (approximately 10-15 active projects per week)
- Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Coordinate campaign execution with internal marketing teams, creative partners, developers, and external agencies
- Lead weekly project status meetings and proactively communicate project updates, risks, and timelines
- Partner with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders to ensure campaign compliance and approvals
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on key marketing metrics
- Analyze campaign results including:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Bounce rates
- Delivery metrics
- Opt-outs
- Engagement trends
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and operational efficiencies
- Document processes, change requests, campaign requirements, and project metadata
- Support quarterly campaign audits, SLA reporting, and business reviews
- Drive continuous process improvements through standardization and automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of CRM, email marketing, database marketing, or 1:1 marketing experience
- Minimum 2 recent years managing CRM/email marketing projects within a marketing or digital agency environment
- Strong project management experience coordinating multiple concurrent marketing campaigns
- Experience working directly with clients or internal business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences marketing experience
- Experience supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Experience using Marketo (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using Smartsheet or Asana
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats
