Key Responsibilities
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare cell culture media.
- Perform protein conjugation, purification, and characterization using UV spectroscopy.
- Prepare biological samples for proteomics assays and support mass spectrometry-based analysis.
- Analyze experimental data, maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, and communicate scientific findings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemical Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience.
- Experience with proteomics sample preparation, mass spectrometry, Western blotting, or other molecular biology techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
