We are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to support our sales team by following up on sales proposals prepared by Sales Representatives and Service Technicians. This position plays a key role in ensuring proposal quality, strengthening customer relationships, and converting opportunities into closed sales. The Inside Sales Specialist will also provide tactical support to other departments as needed to help drive overall business success.

What You Will Do
- Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals to answer questions, address concerns, and secure the sale.
- Proactively work to retain previously sold jobs when homeowners request to cancel an installation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date homeowner files and customer records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Care, Sales, and Service teams as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- A persistent, positive, and results-oriented approach to making a high volume of customer calls each day.
- Construction industry experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Strong active listening, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with computers, technology, and smart devices, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
