Prominent law firm based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is in need of a Workers' Compensation Paralegal.


The Workers' Compensation Paralegal will:

-Have oral and written Spanish language skills

-Communicate directly with clients

-Draft and e-file (NJ) with the Court pleadings, including Claim Petitions and Motions

-Perform case management

-Draft Interrogatories, requests for discovery, etc.

-Organize, review, and analyze medical records and discovery documents

-Create settlement documents, demands, etc.


Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
