What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Field Operations position at The Fordy Group?
We are currently partnered with a top-ranked ENR general contractor seeking a senior-level General Superintendent / Director of Field Operations to support the continued growth of their Southeast healthcare market across VA, NC, SC, TN, and FL.
This leadership role will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare projects valued at $500M , while driving field operations, safety, scheduling, quality, and superintendent development across the region.
The position will work closely with executive leadership and project teams to lead project build strategies, strengthen client relationships, and support operational excellence across multiple complex healthcare developments.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 15 years of healthcare construction experience
- Experience leading large, complex healthcare projects
- Strong operational leadership and team management background
- Regional Southeast experience
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
