The Ford Store Morgan Hill is a high-volume Ford Dealership in the Bay Area and is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager for our no hassle selling process. We need talent and good talent is paid well! We are currently the #1 Ford Dealer in the Bay area.
We are looking to grow our team for planned growth in 2025 and 2026!
This position will be responsible for development of a sales team. Applicants will be responsible for finding sales consultant and continued training to build the sales team. The goal is to have a team of 6 by January 2026.
Our pay plan is one of the best found in any Dealership with the potential to make over $200k/year. Our team is our # 1 asset, and we strive every day to take care of them. We are also an easy commute from San Jose.
The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $6,000.00 and $9,000.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Job Responsibilities:
Hires, Daily Training, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales people on team
Directs staffing of team, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs
Establish and meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives
Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
Attends manager meetings as requested
Utilize tools to follow up with customers and ensure team does so also
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager
Steady work and performance history
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
