Job Description
A highly reputable, multinational law firm based in DC has partnered with The Ford Agency to find recruiting assistance for their summer associate program. The Legal Recruiting Assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support for all in-person and online recruiting activities. This position is available immediately and will go through August 2025.

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.

Responsibilities Include:
- Organize logistics for legal hiring events and on-campus interviews at law schools
- Schedule candidate interviews and new hire events
- Monitor recruiting email account and inquiries
- Maintain database and updating candidate profiles as they progress
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Direct legal recruiting experience supporting a legal summer associate hiring program
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
