The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Sales and Operations Specialist to provide sales, technical, and data management support to the sales team of a well-established association. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 or more years of experience working in a sales operational capacity who is looking to join a collaborative and innovative team. This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the membership portal used by the sales team
- Provide training and support to members on portal usage as needed
- Assist in early sales processes, including, lead identification and prospecting
- Ensure pipeline tracking and information flow is efficient and accurate
- Conduct research and analyze data to present to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives
- Assist with sales tracking and reporting for the team
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of sales and operations experience, association experience preferred
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Strong data management skills
- Strong MS Office skills, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
