Duties
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring according to recipes and safety standards
- Assist in assembling menu items with precision and consistency
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations by cleaning tools, surfaces, and equipment regularly
- Support the culinary team with meal preparation during busy service times
- Adhere strictly to recipe instructions and portion control guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
