Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) to oversee the daily operations of our recovery residence. This role ensures a safe, ethical, and recovery-focused environment while supporting residents in achieving long-term sobriety.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the recovery residence
- Enforce house rules and maintain a structured, substance-free environment
- Conduct resident intakes, orientations, and discharges
- Provide support, accountability, and conflict resolution for residents
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and certification standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
- Supervise staff and coordinate schedules (if applicable)
- Manage occupancy, admissions, and resident fees
- Coordinate property maintenance and ensure facility safety
- Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
What You Need
- Current CRRA certification (required)
- Knowledge of substance use recovery and peer support principles
- Familiarity with National Alliance for Recovery Residences standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage conflict and crisis situations effectively
- Experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a recovery residence or sober living environment
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
