Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Deerfield Beach, FL, for an experienced Sales Floor Manager. The Sales Floor Manager will oversee daily operations on the sales floor, manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the overall satisfaction of clients. Additional responsibilities include designing strategies to improve operational efficiency, providing training and mentorship to staff, and maintaining an organized and high-performing work environment.
