Natural Stone Specialist

DiMiceli Construction Services, Inc DBA The Floor Maintenance Company is a concrete, tile and natural stone restoration and maintenance company built on reliability and trust with over 20 years of experience. We provide a variety of flooring solutions such as cleaning, polishing, staining, sealing, grinding, overlayment, epoxy coating, and repairs. We strive to help our customers make the best cost-effective decisions to restore and protect their floor investment for their homes.

We are in search of an experienced worker who has a good work ethic, is a team leader and demonstrates a high level of professional integrity. Must be very organized and detail oriented. Those with natural stone restoration experience are encouraged to apply. You will perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor and you must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

- Mechanical polishing, using grinding machines and processes

- Polishing and sealing tile and natural stone floors

- Concrete, tile and natural stone repairs

- Grout cleaning, re-grouting and repair

- Tile and stone shower cleaning

- Natural stone countertop cleaning and sealing

- Wood floor refinishing

- Apply concrete overlays

- Apply epoxy systems

- Cleaning, polishing, staining and sealing of concrete

- Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Must have experience in stone floor and countertop polishing and sealing experience (please do not apply if you have no experience in this field of work).

- Must have knowledge and experience using floor machines (grinders, polishers, buffers)

- Communicate professionally and effectively

- Bilingual a plus

- Ensure all materials and equipment is account for and stored in a neat, orderly fashion

- Professional and respectful communication

- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- 18 years of age or older

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Demonstrates dependability, accountability, and initiative

- Be able to work independently and in a team setting

- Full Time position. Regular hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday

- Jobs are located throughout Orange County and you will be required to travel to each job site.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to be on your feet and doing strenuous activity for 8 hrs per day at multiple job sites (often times outside in the elements)

- Requires strenuous physical work including lifting, working on hands/knees, pushing, or pulling objects and being in dusty conditions

- Must be able to lift 100 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay is $30-$35 per hour based on experience.

- Holiday and vacation pay after one year of employment (Full Time Permanent Employees Only)
