Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation.
- It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property.
- HVAC certified.
- CPO certified a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
