YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials
- Develop and manage client relationships — conducting consultations and updates in English and Spanish
- Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents
- Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
