Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact on a fast-growing company?This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and production of products in compliance with food safety standards within our food manufacturing plant. You will play a vital role in ensuring our high-quality plant-based products are processed and packaged efficiently.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Machine Setup & Operation: Perform machine setup, inspections, and operation of various machines within the food manufacturing process according to proper procedures.Adjustments: Perform minor adjustments to equipment as needed to ensure smooth operation.Sanitation & GMPs: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), following all sanitation, process procedures, guidelines, and referencing SOPs where applicable.Quality Control: Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, including taking accurate weights and measurements to ensure product quality and efficiency.Documentation: Read and understand production schedules and record information on standard production forms.Teamwork: Cross-train and work in other departments as necessary.Other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring (Qualifications):Experience: Ideally at least 1-year of manufacturing experience.
