Summary

The FI Team is a Denver-based real estate investment group built around one goal: helping clients build wealth through real estate. We work with investors across Colorado and beyond, and we're growing fast enough that we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

As a Listing Assistant, you'll be plugged into a team that runs in the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America. That's not an accident. We operate with proven models, tight systems, and real accountability, and we bring everyone who joins us into that same structure from day one.

This isn't a role where you figure things out on your own. You'll have coaching, training, and a clear path forward. What we're looking for is someone who shows up ready to do the work.

For the right person, this is more than a job. It's a chance to build something. Partners in our system have access to revenue share, growth share, health benefits, vesting, and investing opportunities. We're actively seeking people who want to grow within what we've built, not just fill a seat.

Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch and build a strong foundation in the systems that drive our team's results
  • Run PLACE lead generation systems every week and convert that activity into real appointments
  • Host two open houses monthly and work them with intention
  • Practice scripts weekly with the team and sharpen your skills through repetition and feedback
  • Show up to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and the Partner Call, these aren't optional and they're where a lot of the growth happens
  • Consult with sellers, take listings, and guide clients through pricing strategy, staging, and everything that gets a home sold
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and protect their interests through the close
  • Track your pipeline and client activity in PLACE Technology so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Be a real part of this team, that means showing up to team events, competing in contests, joining us on trips, and investing in the people around you as much as the work itself

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
