Sales (Agent Aspirant Program)
I'm a forward-thinking State Farm Agent in Denver, CO and I've successfully trained more people who are now State Farm Agent/Owners than any other agent in Denver metro. I'm looking for a full-time salaried sales employee who is ambitious and wants to positively affect people's lives.

Primary Duties:
- Obtain CO Property & Casualty and CO Life & Health Insurance licenses
- Shadow existing employees to quickly gain efficiency
- Attend all classroom, virtual and conference call training sessions
- Interface with internal software applications to quickly generate quotes
- Manage CRM tool and sequential marketing program
- Contact current clients for needs-based opportunities and appointment setting
- Make follow up calls to prospective clients from previous inquiries
Development Opportunities:
- The "Agent Aspirant" program is designed to be 24 months long but can be shorter or longer depending on many variables
- During this time, team members receive focused development, sales training, product training and monthly conference calls with other Agent Aspirants who are also in the program.
- My last two Aspirants are now State Farm Agents in CO and MN and are doing very well
Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Comfort with technology and computer applications
- Because the position is a sales / marketing position, applicants should be comfortable asking potential prospects to commit to receiving quotes, setting appointments and to purchase products
Starting Pay:
- Pay will be commensurate with experience
- If candidate is focused and not afraid of the phone - the potential to make significant bonus exists
