Job Summary
Quick efficient packager who can work independently and meet company standards for timing on packaging dough balls.
Non-negotiables:
- Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Fluent in speaking English and communicating well in English
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and effectively after company training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and cookie dough production area.
- Understand and follow health safety and temperature standards for a commercial kitchen.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged goods before shipment.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Must be able to count proficiently and with few errors.
- Previous work in a commericial kitchen.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You will be given a goal to be able to package a set number of pouches per minute. This goal must be reached within a specific time frame to be a fit for this job.
- Ability to assist others on the team by lifting 40-50 pound bowls of dough.
Job Type: Part-time
