About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, operationally minded Program Director to lead Maude’s Ventures, an initiative of the Foundation that provides seed funding for innovations in dementia care.

The Program Director will source, evaluate, and launch scalable ventures that meaningfully improve the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers. This role oversees the full program lifecycle, including managing the $100,000 grant fund, stewarding funded ventures, and cultivating the Maude’s Ventures community.

In addition, the Program Director will represent Maude’s Ventures as a vital collaborator at the Memory Hub, alongside a group of mission-aligned organizations that serve people living with dementia and their families.

  • Oversee the Young Founders Program, including outreach, application review, and selection of youth grantees receiving $5,000 awards.

Manage Promotion and Outreach

  • Manage a $25,000 promotional budget to draw a strong applicant pool.
  • Plan and execute email, social, and influencer outreach to expand the program's virtual footprint / audience.
  • Maintain and update Maude’s Ventures website.
  • Build relationships with leaders and partners to expand the program’s reach and credibility.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and past Maude’s Ventures recipients.
  • Provide guidance and support to help funded initiatives scale and meet their goal.
  • Track outcomes and develop case studies that demonstrate long-term impact and return on investment.
