Role Overview
We’re seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliations and Budgeting experience to support our finance and compliance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
- Manage bank reconciliations and day to day finances
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses in accordance to the budget
Ideal Qualifications
- 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and or YARDI
- Familiarity with budgeting and general ledger
