Golf Shop Attendant (Part-Time)

We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and kind personality to join our Golf Operations team as a Part-Time Golf Shop Attendant.
Position Responsibilities
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our members and their guests. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing tee times
- Assisting members and guests with golf shop purchases
- Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the golf shop
- Answering phones and assisting with member inquiries
- Supporting daily golf operations as needed
- Most importantly, providing exceptional customer service to every member and guest
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with people and delivering outstanding customer service
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Golf knowledge is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
- Part-time hourly position
- $14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling
- One complimentary meal during each shift
- Golf privileges available at the discretion of the Head Golf Professional
