We are currently looking for a VP, Cloud Infrastructure to join our team! Reporting to the SVP of Infrastructure, this position is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for our Microsoft Azure multi-tenant environment across the organization. This role oversees cloud architecture and operational excellence, cloud governance, cost optimization, security, and scalability to ensure that infrastructure initiatives align with business objectives within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem that includes Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Active Directory integrations.
This position directs a team in the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures. Through strategic guidance and support, this role drives the team to deliver innovative and reliable infrastructure services that align with the organization’s growth and digital transformation goals.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years’ progressive leadership experience in cloud infrastructure, including at least 5 years’ managing large-scale Azure environments (multi-tenant architecture with 500 virtual machines/workloads)
- 5 years’ experience managing people and leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization
- Advanced experience in Azure networking (VNet peering, ExpressRoute, Private Link), identity (EntraID), and security tooling.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft ecosystems
- Azure Certified and/or Microsoft 365 certification preferred
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
- Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Strength of leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, coupled with recognizing and supporting the organization’s culture, values, and priorities

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $154,000.00-$181,700.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Salary : $154,000 - $181,700
