Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician in Sanford, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks such as equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks. The technician will also perform industrial maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working conditions.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Industrial Maintenance skills
- Technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in food and manufacturing environment is a plus
- Certification in maintenance or relevant technical fields is preferred
