Maintenance Tech / Janitorial Position
We are currently hiring a dependable Maintenance Tech / Janitorial Team Member.
Requirements:
Clean background required
Must have reliable transportation
Drug-free workplace
Dependable and punctual
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Schedule:
Must be available for split shifts (morning and evening shifts)
Flexibility required based on property needs and events
Job Duties Include:
General cleaning of facilities and grounds
Light maintenance and upkeep tasks
Trash removal and sanitation duties
Keeping public areas clean, safe, and presentable
Working both indoors and outdoors in all elements
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and helps keep our property clean.
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
