What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at The Farm RV Resort?
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to provide excellent customer support while assisting with daily eCommerce operations. This position will work directly with customers and help maintain accurate product information across our online sales channels.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am til 4:30 pm
Responsibilities include:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service through phone, email, and online messaging.
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, products, returns, exchanges, shipping, and warranties.
- Process customer returns, warranty requests, and assist with resolution of order issues.
- Monitor orders and work with shipping teams to resolve delivery issues.
- File and manage shipping claims with carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight companies.
- Assist with credit card disputes and charge back documentation.
- Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Add new products and ensure website information remains accurate and current.
- Update inventory, pricing, and product details across eCommerce platforms.
- Identify and report website errors, product discrepancies, and inventory issues.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews and online inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks as needed.

- Knowledgeable about RV parts or the RV industry (a plus, but not required).
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
