Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are the first impression of our clinic and so vital to the performance of the hospital. Reporting to the Practice Manager, your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and data entry will enable you to effectively assist clients with their inquiries. Premium skills in communication and sales will enhance our service offerings. Additionally, any relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will support our team's efficiency and responsiveness. Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Experience in high-pace environment and ability to adapt to changes
- Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities

- Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
- Previous experience in a clinic environment is preferred
