The Vice President of Delivery Management is responsible for building the company's overall delivery management system and operational mechanisms, ensuring the standardization, controllability, and efficiency of project delivery processes, and achieving a balance between customer value and company revenue. * **Delivery Management Strategy Formulation:** Develop the company's delivery management system and operational strategies to support the scaled development of the business.
* **Delivery Governance System Construction:** Establish a project governance framework (PMO system, process specifications, review mechanisms).
* **Portfolio and Resource Management:** Manage the project portfolio, optimizing resource allocation and prioritization.
* **Delivery Process Standardization:** Establish standardized delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices (SOPs, templates).
* **Project Execution Supervision and Control:** Monitor project progress, quality, scope, and cost to ensure delivery goals are achieved.

IV. Job Requirements
1) Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related majors)
PMP, PRINCE2, and other certifications preferred
2) Work Experience
20 years of project management or delivery management experience
15 years of experience as a Vice President or Delivery Manager
Experience in managing large, complex projects or multiple projects
SaaS/IT service/engineering project background preferred
