Job Overview: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall operational management of the company, ensuring efficient operation of all business units, resource optimization, and the achievement of strategic goals. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is a core leadership role driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term development goals.
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including production, supply chain, customer service, logistics, and back-office support systems.
Optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement and lean management.
Manage cross-functional teams, building a high-performance culture and excellent execution.
Analyze operational data and KPIs, providing decision support to management, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Drive the application of technologies and systems to enhance business process automation and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Coordinate new business development, project execution, and cross-functional resource allocation to ensure strategic implementation.
Develop budget and cost control plans to ensure operational financial health and sustainable growth.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or related senior management qualifications are a plus.
At least 20 years of operations management experience in large or fast-growing companies, including at least 15 years of senior management experience.
Familiar with supply chain management, production operations, customer service, project management, and process optimization.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and execution capabilities; able to make decisions in complex environments.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills; strong cross-departmental coordination and communication abilities.
Strong results-oriented approach and continuous improvement mindset; proficient in using data analytics tools.
