We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Executive located in the Metro Detroit area.
Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales pitches to sell services, including cold calls, managing sales leads, and maintaining relationships with current clients.
Compensation: $70,000 Commission
Essential Job Functions
This job operates in various environments including but not limited to the company home office as well as client sites.
Travel
This position requires regular local travel to visit clients.

- Utilizing a high level of relevant knowledge, you will promote services while building and maintaining strong customer relationships .
- Complete and submit bids for new work.
- Actively engage colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution to capitalize on opportunities .
- Establish sound sales strategies when approaching customers via phone calls, email and/or site visits .
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales .
- Strategically develop a plan growing our customer/client base by utilizing both internal and external resources .

Preferred Education And Experience
- A strong driven sales performer with proven history of exceeding targets and increasing sales performance and profitability.
- An effective communicator with outside sales experience .
- Highly motivated with a desire to increase and sustain sales.
- Knowledgeable in the selling process, accompanied by the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively within a competitive environment.
- Proficient computer experience with knowledge of Outlook and MS Office Suite .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- (1) or more years of sales experience and customer service experience.
- Experience in the janitorial industry or carpet cleaning industry preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
- Complete a background check .
- Authorized to work in the United States .
