What You Will Be Doing
Our Project Cleaners provide detailed and professional specialized cleaning services to our clients throughout Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor. As a member of our projects team, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding workplace where you receive regular support and feedback from area leaders. More than just a cleaning job, you’ll feel fulfilled and empowered as a technician with TFC. You’ll do honorable work that positively impacts your life, your clients, and your community. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license, previous cleaning experience or an interest to learn, a strong work ethic, be punctual, and want to grow with our company.

Pay: $18.50/ hr

- Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment.
- Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
- Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
- Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
- Properly and safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
- Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
- Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience is preferred but not required. We will train for the right candidate!
- Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Work well in a team setting.
- Punctual and Responsible.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
