What You’ll Get
Sign-On Bonus – Up to $10,000 paid over 10 weeks (training pay included)
OR Salary Match Option – Up to $125K over 10 weeks (eligibility required)
Uncapped Commission – Top performers regularly earn six figures

Leadership Growth – Gain hands-on construction experience and advance fast
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage (we’ll train you!)
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals
- Manage your projects from inspection to completion
- Represent TEC’s values of integrity, quality, and excellence in every interaction
- A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to learn—no prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
- Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility for incentives requires 2 years at your current job and $70K annual earnings.
- Unlimited earning potential in a full commission-based role, with training pay during your first five weeks (unless offered salary match incentive)
