Project Manager

Project Manager is an exciting and highly collaborative position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our clients from a variety of industries and with our internal teams in Design, Fabrication, and Field Installations. Our project managers oversee projects, serve as expert consultants, and manage the efficient flow of communication across project teams. Success in this role requires a high level of organization, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

· Management of assigned accounts consisting of project coordination and account consultation

· Communicate directly with internal and external clients from project inception to completion and beyond

·  Ensure our customer service standards are met

· Effectively manage projects so timelines are adhered to and projects are executed properly

· Prepare proposals and internal project-related documentation such as designs/estimates and work orders

· Ensure design goals, budgets, and schedules are met for each project

·  Reconcile budgets and prepare invoices

· Advise management on recommended courses of action or area needing improvement relating to an assigned account

· Travel as needed

·  Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)

·  Good knowledge of exhibit materials.

·  2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role

·  5 years of work experience at a trade show company

·  Experience on client side, agency side, or brand side of marketing events – is a plus!

·  Experience in purchasing or procurement – is a plus!

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office

·  Experience with Netsuite – is a plus!

·  Passionate about customer-centric service
