Hours: Monday through Friday 5:40 am to 2:00 pm. (hours may vary slightly based on client schedules)

Position Summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking an energetic, dependable, and personable Coach who is passionate about helping people improve their health and strength. This position combines fitness coaching with customer service and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, enjoys interacting with clients of all fitness levels, and is committed to providing an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach members through personalized strength training sessions using The Exercise Coach equipment and protocols.
• Ensure clients exercise safely while providing encouragement and motivation.
• Perform assisted stretching sessions for clients.
• Track and document client progress using studio software.
• Schedule appointments and manage client calendars.
• Make phone calls, respond to text messages, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with membership sales and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes.
• Keep the studio clean, organized and welcoming.
• Open the studio each morning and ensure it is ready for the day's appointments.
• Work as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Friendly professional, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Ability to perform assisted stretching techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fitness, personal training, coaching, or wellness experience is preferred but not required.
