Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. Position Summary

This position combines fitness coaching with customer service and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Coach members through personalized strength training sessions using The Exercise Coach equipment and protocols.
- Ensure clients exercise safely while providing encouragement and motivation.
- Perform assisted stretching sessions for clients.
- Track and document client progress using studio software.
- Schedule appointments and manage client calendars.
- Make phone calls, respond to text messages, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist with membership sales and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records and notes.
- Keep the studio clean, organized and welcoming.
- Open the studio each morning and ensure it is ready for the day's appointments.
- Work as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Friendly professional, and dependable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Ability to perform assisted stretching techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fitness, personal training, coaching, or wellness experience is preferred but not required.
