What You’ll Do:
- Own all administrative aspects of program management, with a primary focus on scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and preparing deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively manage, update, and communicate all program schedules to ensure alignment and on-time execution.
- Arrange meetings and ensure all participants have necessary materials and information in advance.
- Serve as the central point of contact for program participants, ensuring timely, organized, and professional communication.
- Share progress reports and highlight upcoming deadlines or risks to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing briefing decks and other program materials.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks to project deadlines or deliverables.
- Manage and maintain active assessment surveys on a proprietary online survey tool.
- Serve as the main liaison for program participants utilizing ExCo’s proprietary online survey platform.
- Develop a strong understanding of ExCo’s assessment and consulting methodologies, including scope, purpose, deliverables, and alignment with account strategies.
- Contribute to various deliverables as needed throughout the program lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a strong administrative component.
- Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated experience in scheduling and complex stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, polished emails for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work both collaboratively and independently.
Reports To: Vice President of Operations
Location: Arlington, VA (Metro Accessible – currently hybrid but must be able to commute to the office two days a week)
