Title: Program Administrator
Location: Alexandria, VA
US Citizenship: Required
Clearance: Secret or higher clearance preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between programs and corporate functions (finance, HR, contracts, security, IT)
- Route and track administrative requests to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and action items for leadership and program activities
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for employee timekeeping procedures and systems
- Monitor timesheet submission and approval status and issue reminders in accordance with corporate policy
- Support travel authorization requests in accordance with corporate policy and contract requirements
- Support administrative compliance with corporate policies and Government contracting requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience working in a project support role, preferably in a government contracting or professional services environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., timekeeping and expense platforms)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfortable interacting with executive leadership, candidates, and clients in a professional manner
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- US citizenship required; Secret or higher security clearance preferred
