Bachelor's degree and four years of experience managing, developing and/or implementing retail programs or operations with at least one year experience managing direct retail operations, Senior Reset Merchandiser or Retail Program Specialist within the last five years required. RMDS required. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Major Duties
Plans, coordinates and directs the implementation of sales, customer service and promotion programs. May participate and assist in coordinating projects, store layouts, image upgrades, and new construction.
Develops, formulates, and implements policies, procedures and programs which ensure efficient and economic operation.
Analyzes operational financial results, identifies shortfalls, and coordinates improvements.
Provides training on various business applications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
