Salary Minimum
$47,396.00
Major Duties
Oversee end to end inbound shipping operations from vendor origin through delivery to distribution centers and/or stores, ensuring seamless product flow. Monitor shipment performance, identify delays or service failures, and resolve exceptions to maintain on time, efficient movement of goods.
Analyze inbound logistics data to improve visibility, identify operational gaps, and strengthen vendor accountability. Evaluate systemic inefficiencies impacting inbound performance and escalate findings to senior analysts to support resolution and corrective actions.
Monitor vendor KPIs and compliance with shipping requirements, identifying, and addressing performance gaps. Collaborate directly with vendors and carriers to resolve issues impacting service quality, accuracy, and on time delivery.
Partner with Transportation, PAR, Distribution Centers, Retail Operations, external vendors, and carriers to support seamless inbound operations. Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders to resolve service issues and optimize processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
