MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOURS OF THE FACILITY 0500-2200 MONDAY-FRIDAY, SATURDAY 0800-2200 AND SUNDAY 0900-1900. SCHEDULE WILL BE ROTATIONAL. THIS INCLUDES HOLIDAYS.

Major Duties
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Performs other duties as assigned.
