Job Qualifications
3 years experience with Federal or private sector EEO complaint processing, one or more functional areas of HR, or legal.
Or
Bachelors degree in human resources or business administration and 1 year management experience with Federal or private sector EEO complaint processing, one or more functional areas of HR, or legal.
Associate must successfully complete the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA), course code 249F, concerning the handling of personal health information as required by HIPAA within 3 months of occupying the position. Until training has been completed, the Associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information.

Major Duties
Implement the EEO Informal/Counseling Program by following established procedures and timelines.
Implement the EEO Informal/Complaint Program by following established procedures and timelines.
Initiate specialized administrative functions, such as correspondence, tracking, external/internal uploads for EEO Informal and Formal complaint cases.
Communicate essential information regarding EEO and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
