Salary Minimum
$54,533.00
Major Duties
Implements improvements in fraud prevention and deterrent controls to existing Exchange processes and systems. Identifies and evaluates different fraud risk factors and recommends systems and controls to detect and minimize fraud events.
Reviews and analyzes various notifications and escalations to identify fraud trends and patterns. Monitors credit card dispute processing and coordinates collection activities for unfounded disputed transactions. Prepares various reports and summaries of fraudulent transactions, trends, losses, and mitigation strategies.
Administers online fraud detection software. Collaborates with cross-functional groups to enhance tools, data sources, system functionalities, and fraud detection methods.
Assists loss prevention with the investigation of customers engaging in fraudulent card activity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
