Overview:
We are partnering with a growing, data-driven organization seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
- Utilize CRM systems to extract, analyze, and manage customer data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms (required)
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and/or other data querying languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
