The Enola Group is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Community Engagement Director to lead outreach efforts, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our presence within the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Represent The Enola Group at community meetings, events, and public forums.
- Plan and oversee outreach programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify community needs and opportunities.
- Track engagement outcomes and provide regular impact reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, public relations, or partnership development.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build meaningful relationships.
- knowledge/experience working with adults with IDD and/or early childhood education a plus
