Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Development Officer to help grow and sustain philanthropic support for our mission. This is an opportunity for a high-impact fundraiser who excels at building authentic partnerships and translating mission into meaningful investment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Annual Giving, Fundraising, and Philanthropy.
- Strong Communication skills, including writing, presenting, and relationship-building with donors and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct effective Research to identify donor prospects and funding resources.
- High-level organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with donor databases and fundraising tools is a plus.
- Commitment to advancing educational and cultural programs in alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in nonprofit development, communications, or a related field is preferred.
