About the Role:
As the GL Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end close processes. You’ll work closely with the Controller and project management teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and budgets
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Background We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Experience with job costing or construction accounting software a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
